Celebrating the 45th Anniversary of Florida Citrus Region
Memorial Day weekend — May 24-26, 2019, at the historic Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora, FL

Please join us as at Zone 12’s Zonefest 2019, marking the 45th Anniversary of Florida Citrus Region. This event has a long history, and will be held Memorial Day weekend — May 24-26, 2019, at the historic Lakeside Inn in Mt. Dora.
Plan to arrive on Friday, and enjoy the whole weekend of fun and friendship!
Schedule of events:
- Friday night will feature a reception at the Lakeside Inn with heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar
- Saturday morning we’ll move to the Howie Mansion in Howey-in-the-Hills for a Concours Car Competition. A tour of the mansion and lunch are included in your registration fee.
http://www.thehoweymansion.com/ - Saturday afternoon we’ll tour through the hilly back roads of Central Florida ending on the porch of the Lakeside Inn for a free Keg Party
- Saturday evening will be open, so you and your friends can enjoy dinner at one of the many fine restaurants in downtown Mt. Dora
- Sunday morning we’ll have an autocross at the Lake Country Sheriff’s facilities, a few miles from the Inn
- To wrap up this exciting weekend, we’ll have a celebration banquet Sunday evening at the Lakeside Inn
- Awards will be given for the concours and AX
- There will be a raffle for lots of great items and services
- Attendees are encouraged to wear “Porsche Bling” and compete for People’s Choice of the most creative Porsche-wear outfit
The Lakeside Inn has recently been updated, and the rate for most rooms is $149, with a limited number of deluxe rooms at a slightly higher rate. A block of rooms has been reserved until April 4, so reserve your room now!
Contact the Lakeside Inn directly (352-383-4101) and mention Florida Zonefest or book your room online at lakeside-inn.com using the code “zone” to receive the $149 rate.

Early bird registration is $135 per person (must pay at time of registration to get the early bird rate), and includes the cost of the Reception, Concours, Saturday lunch, Howie Mansion tour, Drive Tour, souvenir shirt, AX and Banquet. After March 1st, the cost is $155 per person.
